1. Quantity: 02 – Warehouse Assistant – Warehouse department
2. Description of Responsibilities:
– Read and understand delivery plans – warehouse receipt/delivery notes – product labels;
– Arrange warehouse according to management requirements.
– Check goods before import and export, ensure goods are in intact condition, no scratches, no damage, correct quantity, including product accessories accompanying the export/import note.
– For imported goods: Move goods from the inspection location to the warehouse, arrange them according to the allocated warehouse location, according to the warehousing process;
– For goods exported to customers: Move goods from the warehouse to outside the export area, load them onto the vehicle according to the correct type and quantity recorded on the export note, and follow the correct warehouse release process.
– For internal export goods: Move goods from the warehouse to production areas according to the correct type and quantity recorded on the export note, following the correct warehouse release process.
– Arrangement must ensure that goods are neat and orderly, and must not be misaligned during transportation or storage, affecting the quality of goods.
– Loading, unloading and arranging exported/imported goods at the correct location and required schedule.
– Together with the warehouse keeper, monitor and check the storage and preservation of goods.
– Manage goods in a clean and tidy warehouse, easy to count, easy to find and good quality control during import and export storage. Ensure labor safety and prevent fire and explosion.

01  Electrical Engineer – Electromechanical and Equipment Management Department
2.  Description of Responsibilities:
Monitor equipment maintenance and repair plans weekly, monthly, and yearly according to the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance and repair content.
Inspect and supervise the factory in compliance with the provisions of law on labor safety and equipment operation management issued by the Company.
Review weekly, monthly, and yearly equipment maintenance and repair plans to notify the factory to organize implementation on time.
Find and study documents to propose measures to avoid unnecessary risks caused by workers not operating proficiently.
Survey and evaluate the performance of machinery and equipment.
Know how to use quality measurement tools and techniques to check according to manufacturer standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
