Production Planning Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
2. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
3. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
4. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
5. Schedule shift according to production needs
6. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
7. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
8. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
9. Prepare and submit status and performance reports
10. Keep paperwork organized
11. Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
12. Other task that are requested from the Planning Manager and Management team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. University degree preferably with a major in economics, printing technique, or Engineer
2. Ideally one year of planning experience in the production plant.
3. Knowledgeable about the product structure of the assigned goods.
4. Have planning skills.
5. Fluency in Vietnamese and/or English.
6. Honesty, careful, dynamic, with a sense of
7. The ability to handle work independently, and good teamwork dynamic.
8. Professional working style, subject to high pressure.
