JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage sales staff closely to always achieve sales and growth goals;
Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results set by the company;
Plan weekly and daily deliveries and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery to customers;
Weekly and monthly reports on business results, costs, and revenue; Analyze and make forecasts before the Board of Directors;
Search and develop relationships with traditional/new customers and partners in the field of business operations;
Establishing, managing, implementing economic contracts and liquidating contracts with customers;
Responsible for recruiting, training and monitoring the performance of sales staff;
Identify potential markets and market fluctuations. At the same time, always update the situation of competitors and new products.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education level: University or higher
Expertise: Business Administration, Marketing or economics-related fields;
Experience: at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Foreign languages: English, basic Korean communication.
